Abstract

Satelit TV is a local television station in Banyumas district. Initially, the products provided were not only television broadcasts, but also printed newspapers that presented local news. Over time, the production of the printed newspaper was stopped due to the diminishing interest from the public. However, Satelit TV does not yet have its own news portal site like most mass media. This certainly affects the competitiveness of local media. Because of the problems above, this study aims to design a Satelit TV news portal website. The method used to design this news portal website is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The focus of the RAD method is how to create or develop software in a relatively short time if the team's needs are well known. The results obtained are in the form of a web-based news portal that has passed the Black-box Testing method.

Abstract

Information systems have an important role in educational institutions such as kindergartens, one of which is the cash receipt and expenditure information system. Alfaronizam Kindergarten has a problem in recording cash receipts and disbursements which are still manual. This causes time inefficiency and is prone to errors in recording. Therefore, a solution is needed to facilitate the recording process and increase time efficiency. The purpose of writing this report is to produce a website-based cash receipt and expenditure information system that is considered appropriate to overcome these problems. The data collection method used in designing this system is by conducting observations, documentation, literature studies, and interviews with the principal and treasurer of Alfaronizam Kindergarten. After the data has been obtained, the data is processed and then continued with the system development process using the waterfall method which has several stages, namely analysis, design, implementation, system testing and maintenance. Made with the text editor sublime text 3 with the PHP programming language, and using the local web server XAMPP. The expected results in the cash receipts and disbursements system developed can help overcome the problem of manual recording and increase time efficiency in recording.

Abstract

This study focuses on the quality of STMIK IKMI Cirebon's website, which serves as an information system for the campus. The website provides information on various aspects of the school and can significantly impact user satisfaction. The study aims to measure the website's quality based on user perceptions using Webqual, a technique that measures usability, information, and interaction quality. The results can help improve the information system of the website and provide data on its quality. The study highlights the importance of website quality and user satisfaction, and the usefulness of Webqual as a tool for measuring website quality and improving user experience. By prioritizing website quality and user satisfaction, organizations can create more effective and efficient information systems that meet users' needs

Abstract

Skin is the outermost organ of the body that covers the human body. The skin makes up 15% of the total body weight. On the outer surface of the skin there are pores (cavities) where sweat is released. The skin has many functions, including as body armor, as a sense of touch or communication tool, and as a temperature regulator. Most people, especially women, have white, healthy, clean and well- groomed facial skin. Cosmetics Distributor is a line of business that sells cosmetic products. In identifying the consumer's facial skin type, it is carried out by employees who are not experts. Often there is an error asking the type of skin and to hire a doctor or expert requires a large amount of money. The problems in using products that do not pay attention to skin type or do not know it, causing new problems such as acne, dry skin and others. These problems can be solved by the field of science in detecting a person's facial skin based on expert knowledge, then the science is an Expert System using Certainty factor. The results of this study can identify the type of facial skin based on the existing symptoms, it is hoped that it can help distributors and detect skin quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The Plantation Service is the implementing element of the Provincial Government, led by a Head of Service, located under and responsible to the Regional Head through the Regional Secretary. The Plantation Service has the task of carrying out the authority of the Provincial Government and the task of Deconcentration in the plantation sector. According to Government Regulation No. 48 of 2005 as amended by Government Regulation No. 56 of 2012, an honorary employee is someone who is appointed by a staffing officer in a government agency to carry out certain tasks. Planning for the needs of honorary workers is part of the activities of preparing a recruitment program to select and obtain qualified workers in an agency. However, in the recruitment process for honorary workers at the North Sumatra Plantation Service, too many applicants and application files as well as the lengthy selection stages make it difficult for an agency to find new honorary workers, as desired. Therefore, the role of a decision support system is needed in overcoming the problems faced today. Therefore, to determine prospective honorary workers, a decision support system is needed to facilitate work and avoid errors in calculating system data quickly and more accurately by using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. From the results of this study, the MAUT method produced the best preference value of 0.493 on behalf of Sarah, S.E as the first rank

Abstract

Poltekkes Kemenkes Medan is one of the many state campuses in the archipelago in the form of a Polytechnic, managed by the Ministry of Health and contained in the Ministry's Kopertis area. This campus has been established since January 1, 2001 with SK PT Number and SK PT Date, this Polytechnic is located on Jl. Jamin Ginting KM. 13.5 Ex. Lau Cih Medan – Tuntungan, district of Medan City, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. the establishment of the Health Polytechnic is based on PP NO. 60 of 1999, then issued SK. Minister of Health No. 298/SK/Menkes/2001 which is a form of government policy in increasing the effectiveness of the use of available resources and sources of funds aimed at efficiency, a Health Polytechnic was formed. Recruitment is the process of finding and withdrawing workers who have the potential to fill vacancies, qualified workforce is very influential on the performance of the company's progress, the potential for making decisions about hiring prospective employees is still influenced by subjective factors and companies still often have difficulty in selecting employees, this research uses the method method. gray absolute decision analysis (GADA), because the gray absolute decision analysis (GADA) method is one of the multi-criteria settlement methods where there are many criteria that must be considered in recruitment.

Abstract

An medical devices are instruments, apparatus,machines or implants that do not containt drugs that are used to prevent, diagnose, cure and alleviate disease, or to shape the structure and improve body functions. The problem found by researchers is how to procure medical devices that have only relied on the intuition of the management team without being based on nalysis in meeting the needs of patients and hospitals. In this researcher, the write uses the method of Gray Absolute Decision Analysis (GADA) as a decision making solution to determie procurement of health equipment. This method is considered as the procurement of medical device because the dual method performs the drying process based on different attributes and weights and prioritizes and weights and prioritizes alternative data so that the results are more optimal and accurate in the procurement of medical devices.

Abstract

Delivery of goods or services is an important part of the activities of a government agency or a particular company. The problem that is often faced with shipping is the issue of cost. The delivery system is a series of activities that determine the company where the products are sent to consumers to be marketed with the aim of facilitating product marketing. The delivery system is one of the main supports after the production process thus realizing the optimization of shipping costs. UD. Naga Timbul is a company engaged in the fertilizer sector. Goods produced will be sent to the branch company UD. Naga Timbul. The method in this study is to use the North West Corner (NWC) method to calculate the cost of shipping goods. The application consists of three parts, namely, filling in the data supply and location of demand, as well as filling in data on the cost of shipping goods. To build this system application design, Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 and Mysql software are needed as database creation.

Abstract

Klasifikasi kepuasan pelanggan pengguna transportasi online merupakan suatu sikap positif atau respon pelanggan terhadap pelayanan penggunaan transportasi online. Pengklasifikasin kepuasan pengguna transportasi online ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan khususnya di bidang pelayanan pengguna transportasi roda dua. Dalam penelitian ini, tingkat kepuasan pelanggan diklasifikasian dalam empat atribut yaitu harga, fasilitas, pelayanan, dan loyalitas sehingga dari ke empat atribut tersebut dapat diperoleh hasil pengklasifikasian tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dalam kategori puas dan tidak puas. Dengan menerapkan berbagai persamaan dan langkah-langkah mengenai perhitungan algoritma C4.5, yaitu dengan menghitung entropy, split info, gain dan nilai gain ratio dengan atribut Fasilitas, Pelayanan, Loyalitas, Kategori. Himpunan Atribut yaitu Sangat Puas, Puas, Cukup Puas, Tidak Puas, Sangat Tidak Puas. Input data sebanyak 155 data. Dari data tersebut maka dibagi 2 yaitu 100 data data latih (training) dan 55 data data uji (testing). klasifikasi kepuasan pelanggan “Tidak Puas” sebanyak 91 orang pelanggan, sedangkan yang “Tidak Puas” sebanyak 9 orang pelanggan.

Abstract

Pixel extractor application to retrieve image pixel values and save them in Excel format. Matlab is often used for pixel extraction, but the transfer process to Excel is difficult and long if the image resolution is large. The placement of pixel values in Excel is useful for knowing the process of image processing mathematical formulas. The solution of this application is that the user can select images to be processed and the pixel extraction results are stored in three separate Excel sheets, namely red (R), green (G), blue (B), and Grayscale values. Convenience This is useful for analyzing pixel data for users. In this study, the extracted pixel values were tested using the Kirsch operator for edge detection. Doing a test of one Kirsch kernel on a grayscale sheet. This application is built using the Python programming language and the PySimpleGUI library to create an easy-to-use user interface.
